Prepayment
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due by bank transfer within 7 days of booking. You can pay the remaining amount directly on site in cash on arrival.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival are free of charge. One month to 8 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount. If canceled 7 days or more before arrival, 90% of the booking price must be paid. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: We ask our guests to arrive from 13:00 and to inform us briefly of their planned arrival time.
Check-out: The rooms and apartments must be returned by 10:00 am on the day of departure at the latest
